Yoga is a self-transformation science aimed at realizing lasting peace within. The practice of Yoga is much more than an hour long class, it is a process of complete life transformation to find the truth of Self.

To share the traditional view of Yoga I founded the Yogaprasad Institute in 2011. Yogaprasad Institute is a registered Yoga school, RYS 200+300 & YACEP, accredited to Yoga Alliance – USA and offers Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation Facilitator Training, Continuing Education Programs, Workshops and Retreats. In these trainings the participants work with Yoga Asana as physical practice, Pranayama as breath work, Dharana as awareness exercises, Mantra-Sankalpa as life resolves, MaunaDhyana as silence and meditation, Vichara as reflection, Bhakti as loving faith, Sangha as community support and above all, empathy and compassion towards all beings.

This all round vision of Yoga not only makes the practitioner transform themselves but also become an inspiration for others – this is why the motto of Yogaprasad Institute is Transform Yourself, Inspire Others.
